Opening hours
This website is live 24/7/365 but as a small family-owned business, we're not around all the time. Our office hours are:
- Monday : 8am to 4:30pm
- Tuesday : 8am to 4:30pm
- Wednesday : 8am to 4:30pm
- Thursday : 8am to 4:30pm
- Friday : 8am to 3pm
- Saturday : Closed
- Sunday : Closed
We despatch orders every day that we are open. Orders received before mid-day are usually despatched the same working day. Orders received after mid-day will be despatched on the next working day.
You can email or telephone us at any time. If you email, we'll reply to you as soon as we can during office hours. If you telephone us outside of office hours, then you can leave a message on our voicemail system, and we'll get back to you as soon as we are in the office again. Christmas & New Year 2024
During the festive period this year, our opening hours will be:
- Monday, 23 December : Open as normal
- Tuesday, 24 December : Open until noon
- Wednesday, 25 December to Sunday, 29 December : Closed
- Monday, 30 December : Open as normal
- Tuesday, 31 December : Open until noon
- Wednesday, 1 January : Closed
- Thursday, 2 January : Return to normal
Orders placed after 10am on 24 December will not be despatched before 30 December. Likewise, orders placed after 10am on 31 December will not be despatched before 2 January.
